Brailey Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $40 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please contact us to learn more.
